TVI Cable is a new live-streaming video app. It allows you to broadcast and watch live video from all across the globe. Viewers are able send messages to the broadcaster. Viewers are also able to "tip" broadcasters with purchased "stars" by simply tapping the screen. Recent live broadcasts are visible on-demand for 24 hours. All the broadcasters videos are aggregated in personal channels.
